HOA Meeting – Accessway between the buildings

My apologies for not hearing all the conversation on the approval to install a tandem accessway between the buildings. I would suggest the board look carefully into what type of materials to use for this change. There are utilities that run though this area and it may be prudent to avoid concrete or something harder to remove if we have to replace or add utilities in this area if the decision is to move forward.
