During the Dec HOA meeting I requested an Waterford HOA financial statement and was told it would be posted on the owners site once the year was closed out. Just reviewed the site and do not see any financials, old or new. Please let me know if I am missing them. If not please share a copy to my email as I would like to review the details. Thank you.
