Send this note earlier (before Ticket system) but it must have fallen by the wayside: "Apparently during the HVAC installation, the newly painted front doors to our condo was marred by the installation process. I was wondering if you have any spare paint so I can touch up these areas or can provide the brand/paint color so I can repair." Bright responded there is no spare paint so I am looking for the paint brand and paint code. Thanks

    We took a sample of the paint in to be matched today. We purchased a gallon of paint to touch up with while we were there. If you would like we can touch your door up for you when we do another unit, it will probably be next week. Just let us know if you would like us to do it for you. Thanks!

      My apologies for responding so late. I didn’t check the website for any updates. Got to do better. You may have already handled this so if you did, my thanks. I wasn’t sure if there was a charge for this service so please advise of the status.

  2. We are getting with the painter to see if he can look it up, we do not have any paint left over – Once we get code I can send it over to you. For the record we were able to color match it originally by taking a daylight picture with the phone and bringing it to the paint shop. Let me see if we can find it for you first sir
