I had a chance to talk to Waterford Condo bug spray man about what is our schedule, it is the third Thursday of every month, they do both building, (example) January 3 Thur. of said month, February 3 Thur. of said month.
On the months, he does one floor per building, January, he covers 4th floor both building, February 3rd floor both building.
Any questions ask the spray man, very nice guy.

I have had a couple of owners talk with me about some type of schedule from/for the bug man sprays our condos, would it be possible to give the owners a monthly spraying so we could be better off knowing he is coming .
We would be better set up knowing he will be here “today”. Thank you.
