  1. Just wanted to say Thank You to the Owners who provided the great fireworks this past 4th of July 2020 weekend. With so many fireworks displays being cancelled this year because of the coronavirus, it was really nice to have a fireworks display close to “home”. Thanks, Theresa

  2. When will elevators be repaired ?
    My health does not allow me to walk stairs for extensive periods.

    Need progress report on elevator repairs please.
    This is an extensive period
    I’ve been patient thus far but getting tired of daily walking the steps morning and evening.
    I feel 2 weeks should be sufficient for repairs.

  4. Greetings All,
    Just wanted to post this picture of a white GMC truck (Tennessee tags) that was dumping his trash into our dumpsters on January 26th. When confronted, he stated that these dumpsters were public and owned by Cullman County. I corrected him and he went away unhappy but likely to return. Do folks really think these are public? Wonder if posting signs would be beneficial.

      I just saw this and will do it shortly, I sent rick the entire set. I don’t like posting AR on line because I have not secured the site as of yet and don’t want to put peoples names out there without their express permission. I will be securing the site a bit more in the next few weeks.

      1. Thanks Don. No worries. I really only wanted to see the Actual versus Budget financials. I totally agree that the A-R doesn’t need to be posted and I think maybe not at all even with additional security. If an Owner is really interested in that particular information, they can ask for it directly. The Actual vs Budget is not individual specific, though, but it is informative.

        Thanks for working on an “intranet” sign-in option for Owners, so some material can be view privately by Owners only. As I said in the meeting, the Website is a big job and your efforts with it are appreciated.

  5. Oops, it was the 2016 and 2017 Annual meetings where folk were asked about accepting electronic notification. Owners were not asked last year for the 2018 meeting.

  6. Please remember that Waterford Governing Documents do not provide for electronic notification, either by email or via a website, of the Annual HOA meeting. For the 2017 and 2018 Annual HOA meetings, Waterford Owners were asked if they would accept email notification in lieu of written notice. Only those Owners who replied affirmatively were sent email notifications and information; all others were mailed the meeting notice and other documents (agenda, proposed budget, and proxy).

  7. Hello HOA Waterford owners, It is close to the time to be thinking of what you could do to help the HOA, the annual board meeting is the time to sign up for the board. Be a helpful board member, make decision for all owners, join committees, be responsible for over seeing purveyors for different projects for Waterford beautiful property.
    Give different ideas thru out the next year (2020), get to know all the new as well older owners. Attend board meetings, (once a month) over see/check the budgets, the board consist of five (5) members, male or female.
    Owners help get in on progress, sign up for the 2020 new board, talk to any board member now.

  8. Hello Waterford new information board, to all owners for your information and many people have ask will there ever be a corner unit for sale, well there is one right now.
    If any owner knows of any one looking let me know because it is priced for the buyer.
