Minutes for April 4, 2023
Meeting called to order at 6:05 P.M. by President Don Monistere.

Old Business:
HVAC is done except for elevator rooms.
Roof work is complete except for gutters.
Durham is on site doing Stucco work for gutter downspouts.
Elevator work has been delayed due to parts. May 24 is expected shipping date, 2 weeks later than scheduled.
Fire alarm inspection is scheduled.
New Business:
Caleb asked the board if we want to attach fire alarm system to the generator in case of another power outage.
James made motion to pay One Source, Don 2nd, board in favor.
Richard makes motion to buy 4 extra pole lights, Don 2nd, board in favor.
Caleb will get pricing for new grills.
James will get pricing for (2) charcoal (3) gas grills.
Caleb qouted replacing river rock between the buildings with synthetic turf
@ $15,000.00 10 year warranty.
Caleb will see if he has a key to the grey mailbox by the owner mailboxes.
