At the December 10th Annual Meeting we voted and approved the budget that included the repair of the irrigation system and added additional money to reserves and at the June meeting we will discuss the most pressing items that our property is facing. This should provide Waterford with a Reserve amount of $ 223,700.00 – Goal is to keep a Reserve of $500,000.00 with $350,000 in a low risk investment account such as a CD or Money Market Account
