First, let me thank everyone for engaging in thoughtful discussion and debate on the site. I am glad to see that we are this involved in the Waterford property. There is nothing worse that apathy in matters such as these.
At 5:00 PM on Sunday the vote was closed and the results are as follows:
Total Votes Tallied = 45
Yes Votes = 27
No Votes = 18
