Larry has asked Duff to request D. C, Lawn to spray weeds.
James Eidson has managed to get all the parking lot lights to work except for one. James has some material costs that will need to be reimbursed.
James discusses water issues at the TV rooms above 4th floor units. Willoughby roofing is ready to get started on repairs, board needs to notify
owners of cost. Don will send an emailto owners.
Board discusses a question about who is responsible for railing repairs on private balconies. Board will look into clarifying this issue.
Board will call a special meeting to look at adding email for notification to home owners by-laws.
Duff asks the board to look into elevator pump. Duff makes motion to let Ken investigate maybe a better pump or electrical connections, 2nd by Don
Board in favor.
Duff wants a definition of what Ken Carpenters duties will be.
Duff made motion to make keys for board members. Don seconds , board in favor.
Board makes a motion to inform the Homeowners association before fixing gutters to ensure transparency, Travis Tidwell Seconds motion
