Larry discusses the 2019 repairs and things done around the grounds. (2) New phone lines for elevators; $75 per line Building Insurance $5325 per quarter Tree removal $2500 Tree stump removal $165.00 Replace pool pump control valve: $358 Replace Railing Building 200 unit 203 $2000 Dock anchors and gangway repairs $13585 Repair wood deck at building 204 $1250 Duff makes motions to accept Ken Carpenter's contract for 2020.
