Dirty ground floor breezeway

No that the elevator is done is it possible to have the ground floor breezeway cleaned, possibly pressure washed. There is significant amount of what appears to be hydraulic fluid residue, especially on either side of elevator, and then just a significant amount of dirt, more than usual, leftover from all the work. When it rains the walkway becomes quite slick
