Muddy rain from above

As you are aware last week the sprinkler started leaking in my condo. I’ve taken measures to remove the damaged flooring, cut back the Sheetrock, and rent a dehumidifier to mitigate the damage from mold. The moisture meter indicates the unit next to me (unit 103) may have moisture as well. I request having that unit inspected so I can stop paying $85 a day on a dehumidifier. I also need to know liability on this issue so I know how to proceed with repairs I love y’all but my vintage high top Jordans got wet
