Current Business
- Caleb updates on the AC and roof. – we started the project as planned yesterday. started building 200 all units. All exterior units were removed from building 200 yesterday and.
- Putting indoor units in 2-28 today, they did five of the They’re trying to do a floor day, which would be 6 units a day, so that he said the first day was a little bit slower. Who’s bringing some extra guys tomorrow, but his plans to have all indoor units in by the end of the day Friday. The roofers got started this morning. They completed one of the two roofs on building 200.They will be back in the morning to complete the second roof on 200 and the roof will be complete. If someone needs their if their Internet or their satellite is not working from that point, they will have to contract DIRECTV or DISH to get it back going. Because I cannot. I’ve already tried to call them and they said it has to be requested by the customer.
- Gutter Project – Alright, gutter project on the right side of 200. – Now checked back in on that and materials came in this week.Go from a four inch downspout to A6 inch and we’re going to actually add 1/3 down spout coming down. In doing that the downspouts.
At each floor the there’s like a piece of efis that kicks out, which causes the downspout to kick out, kick back in.
Cash Report – Probably 75% of the people have paid the HVAC deposit already.- Cash is in good shape
Discussion on Theresa’s e-mail on landscape and Teresa, If I need to get you where we are from a budget perspective, but as far as the recommendation that you guys made, $3000 is not that much money. So I know you have at least that you’ve got more, you’ve got way more than that. But I don’t know how much you actually have, so I’ll need to pull that up.

- I met on site with him. What day was that?
Caleb met with him last Tuesday on site. We did the preliminary we we did like our preliminary meeting to make sure I was getting everything in line that was not in their scope.
- One being HVAC work that is needed for the electronics room I’ve got Keith lined up to handle.
- Some electrical work. Keith. Guys are gonna do that while they’re they’re doing air conditioner.
Parts are not in. They’ve all been ordered. I don’t have a delivery date yet. He told me that they typically reach out to him when they’re like a week out. And he said he would update me. Originally what we were told, what, 10 weeks, I think 8 weeks, something like that.
Motion that we add a HVAC to the elevator maintenance room on the 1st floor in building Richard 2nd. All
New Business
- Homeowner who is doing a rental on his property and the guy renting it once to rent a boat slip and informed him we do not rent slips too. – Renters we only rent to homeowners.
The homeowner is requesting to rent the slip that he wants to rent it for a period of like 3 months.
So $500.00 for three months. – Motion made by Don, James second none opposed
