The Waterford Board of Directors has prepared a mid-year video update covering the progress being made throughout our community. The presentation includes an update on the EIFS exterior restoration project, the structural conditions discovered during the work, the engineer’s recommendations, and the upcoming gutter replacement project.
The update also provides a financial snapshot of the Association, reviews our insurance and risk-management coverage, and summarizes the new 30-year reserve study that will guide future maintenance and capital planning. Most importantly, we want to thank every homeowner for their patience and cooperation while this important work continues.

I feel most folks know why the grilling deck at 204 has been largely ignored to date. Currently there is litigation that keeps us from addressing the condition of the deck. We are asking that homeowners cease from using the deck, because it is in disrepair and could be dangerous. Once this matter is behind us, and the courts rule in our favor, we will immediately address the degradation that has occurred and will let everyone know when it can be used again. Thanks for your understanding.
