Work has begun on the various projects we have in flight. Alabma Ornamental will be the first to begin work and then we will begin on the EFIS replacement projcet. Looking forward to seeing how amazing the property will look once this project is completed!

I feel most folks know why the grilling deck at 204 has been largely ignored to date. Currently there is litigation that keeps us from addressing the condition of the deck. We are asking that homeowners cease from using the deck, because it is in disrepair and could be dangerous. Once this matter is behind us, and the courts rule in our favor, we will immediately address the degradation that has occurred and will let everyone know when it can be used again. Thanks for your understanding.
