Wanted to update everyone on where we are with the projects that are currently in flight. The fabrication process on the handrails is complete!
They are in the powder coating stage now which should allow us to schedule the install in 2 weeks. This obviously must be complete before we can begin the EFIS project!
This means we are on target for the EFIS contractor to start work on or around the week of the 13th.

I feel most folks know why the grilling deck at 204 has been largely ignored to date. Currently there is litigation that keeps us from addressing the condition of the deck. We are asking that homeowners cease from using the deck, because it is in disrepair and could be dangerous. Once this matter is behind us, and the courts rule in our favor, we will immediately address the degradation that has occurred and will let everyone know when it can be used again. Thanks for your understanding.
