As many of you know, we were bit once again by the aging elevators. This time the other one is on the blink. The board chose to fix the pump, which is still a very expensive proposition at 30 plus K. to repair and roughly 5 weeks. One of the things that the service technician mentioned was that these elevators were never considered top of the line, even when they were new. While I don’t think that this latest repair is the last and we will likely be discussing refurbing this very elevator in out annual meeting. We need to get it operational ASAP
